Club Store FAQ
What is the Club Store for World Mobile AirNode purchases?
The Club Store is an independent, authorized World Mobile AirNodes distributor. We provide access to limited inventory, exclusive offers, customer support, and an extended 10-year hardware warranty on eligible models.
Who’s eligible to buy an AirNode, how many can you get, and where can you run it from?
Anyone is eligible to purchase a World Mobile AirNode. There’s no per-customer limit, but availability is limited and devices are sold on a first-come, first-served basis during each drop.
You don’t need to live in the same country as your AirNode to become an Operator. With the online dashboard, you can manage your AirNode remotely - monitoring performance, tracking earnings, and updating settings from anywhere in the world.
Which payment methods can I use to purchase an AirNode?
We accept card payments as well as crypto.
Can I cancel my AirNode order?
Yes. You can cancel your order anytime before the sale event closes. A full refund will be issued minus standard processing or network fees. For full details, see our refund policy.
Where can I get help with my order?
Email us at help@worldmobile.club, use the website Live Chat, or reach out in our
AirNode Club Telegram group. We typically respond within 48 hours or less.
How does the Club Store use its profits?
We reinvest profits into expanding World Mobile’s reach by deploying new AirNodes into hexes owned by our most active Club members. We also upgrade our EarthNode hardware to support network reliability and future rewards participation.
World Mobile Network Questions
Why?
World Mobile is building a decentralized mobile network—owned and operated by the people, for the people, everywhere.
From bustling cities to the most remote corners of the world, World Mobile is connecting everyone, ensuring no one is left behind.
How Does World Mobile’s Decentralized Sharing Economy Work?
Network participants (Hosts, Operators and Host-Operators) deploy and manage AirNodes to expand coverage. Blockchain-enabled smart contracts and EarthNodes securely record and validate each node’s performance, then automatically distribute rewards, ensuring every contributor benefits from the network’s success.
Where do AirNode rewards come from?
AirNode rewards are funded by subscriber and customer revenue. The amount earned depends on the AirNode type and its usage. Some AirNodes receive a fixed monthly payout, while others earn variable rewards based on how many people they connect.
What is DePIN and how do AirNodes support it?
DePIN stands for Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network, a model where real-world systems like mobile networks are built and run by individuals instead of large corporations.
AirNodes are central to this concept. Each one expands coverage and strengthens the network while giving control back to the people. In return, Operators, Hosts and Host-Operators earn rewards for helping power and maintain the system.
AirNodes help create a transparent, distributed, and community-driven infrastructure.
Who can become an AirNode Host, Operator, or Host-Operator?
Anyone with the right setup can join the World Mobile network:
- Hosts provide a location with property permissions, stable power, and business-grade internet—no tech experience needed.
- Operators purchase AirNodes and manage them remotely via the dashboard.
- Host-Operators meet both sets of requirements, offering a location and managing the AirNode themselves.
How do you operate an AirNode?
There are two ways to operate an AirNode, depending on the model:
- Portal AirNodes require a local Host. As an Operator, you choose a verified Host location using the World Mobile Explorer, agree on terms, buy the AirNode, and manage it remotely once installed.
- Link, Spark, Apex, and Titan AirNodes come pre-installed. Just pick a deployment zone, complete your purchase, and manage everything through the online dashboard—no Host needed.
Managing Your AirNode
What are AirNodes?
AirNodes power the World Mobile network, delivering wireless connectivity through mobile data, cellular service, or Wi-Fi to nearby users.
Anyone around the world can purchase and operate an AirNode. You don’t need to be physically present where it’s installed. Operators manage their devices and track rewards using a real-time online dashboard.
Some AirNodes require a Host, a local person who ensures the unit stays connected and powered. Others come pre-installed and function remotely without needing on-site support.
Hosts and Operators work together to grow World Mobile’s decentralized, community-driven network. Both roles earn rewards. Some AirNodes offer fixed monthly payouts, while others generate income based on local usage.
When will I receive my AirNode in the dashboard?
Your AirNode is a digital asset tied to physical hardware deployed at a Host location. Once distributed, it will appear in your World Mobile dashboard on or before the scheduled delivery date.
How much maintenance does an AirNode require?
AirNodes require minimal maintenance. You can track uptime and performance in your World Mobile dashboard. If you encounter issues, contact us or World Mobile’s support team.
How are AirNode rewards calculated and paid out?
Rewards are determined by the World Mobile platform and may vary over time.
Rewards, when available, are distributed monthly and may be claimable in fiat or stablecoins, depending on World Mobile’s platform settings.
Note: While AirNodes typically show stable reward patterns, earnings are not guaranteed and depend on uptime, location, user demand, and other factors.
Are AirNode earnings subject to local taxes?
Possibly. AirNode earnings may be considered taxable income depending on your jurisdiction. We recommend consulting a licensed tax advisor.
What can you see in the AirNode Dashboard?
The AirNode Dashboard provides real-time insights into your device’s performance, including:
- Balance: Rewards currently available to claim
- Earnings: Total earnings for the current month
- Upload/Download: Amount of data your AirNode has transmitted AirNode
- Status: Indicates if your AirNode is online or offline
- Uptime/Downtime: Tracks how consistently your AirNode has stayed active
Can I manage multiple AirNodes from one dashboard?
Yes, you can. The AirNode dashboard lets you operate multiple devices under a single account. You can view performance, track rewards, and manage each AirNode separately in one place.
