Refund policy
Order cancellation
You may cancel your AirNode order at any time before the sale event ends by emailing help@worldmobile.club with your order details. Upon cancellation, we will issue a full refund minus any applicable payment processing or network fees. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of cancellation confirmation, depending on your original payment method.
No returns after sale ends
Once the sale period ends and your AirNode has been distributed or made available to you, your purchase is considered final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds after distribution, except where required under Singapore consumer protection law.
We strongly encourage you to review the product description, reward mechanism, network requirements, and warranty terms before completing your purchase.
