By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (21 years or older under Singapore law), or that you have obtained parental or legal-guardian consent for any minor dependents using this site.
You may not use our products or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to intellectual property laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Services.
Additional Disclosures Related to Our Role as Reseller:
Club Store is an independent authorized reseller of World Mobile AirNodes and other products. We are not a network operator, partner, agent, or representative of World Mobile. Our right to sell AirNodes and related products is governed by a separate distribution agreement with World Mobile Group Ltd., and such resale activities may be subject to restrictions in certain territories or Hexes where exclusive rights have been granted to other regional resellers. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that violates these distribution boundaries.
As an authorized distributor of World Mobile AirNodes and other products, Club Store operates under a reseller agreement with World Mobile Group Ltd. All product listings, branding, and representations on this website are subject to World Mobile’s brand guidelines and approval. We are not a partner, agent, or affiliate of World Mobile.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
Manufacturer Information Disclaimer:
Product specifications, pricing, earnings, availability, and performance expectations for World Mobile AirNodes and associated products are based on details provided by World Mobile Group Ltd. While we take reasonable steps to ensure that this information is accurate and current at the time of publication, we do not control or verify updates made by World Mobile. We disclaim liability for any changes made by World Mobile after publication that are not yet reflected on our site, except as required under applicable Singapore law.
5.1 AirNode Drops
Certain offerings—namely Club Store AirNode Drops—are available exclusively online through this site. These offerings have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Each AirNode is covered by The Club AirNode Warranty Policy. Review the full warranty terms here.
All AirNode Drops are subject to allocation and availability as determined by World Mobile Group Ltd., including any regional or Hex-specific restrictions under their global distribution framework.
Buyers outside Singapore are responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws. We do not guarantee compatibility with foreign regulatory requirements.
5.2 Visual Representations
We have made every effort to display digital graphics and colours accurately. However, we cannot guarantee your device or monitor will render any colour or image precisely.
5.3 Inventory Limits & Modifications
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
- limit or cap purchases by person, region, hex cell, or jurisdiction;
- change or discontinue any offering or its pricing (including device specs, reward potential, and insurance coverage) without notice; and
- void any offer where prohibited.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not retrospectively raise the price of any AirNode you have already ordered.
Fulfilment of AirNode orders is subject to World Mobile’s approval and availability policies, including technical, regulatory, or regional constraints.
5.4 No Implied Warranties
We do not warrant that these digital offerings will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. We do not make any representations or guarantees regarding the specifications, uptime, staking rewards, or functionality of the AirNodes.
This does not limit your rights under The Club AirNode Warranty Policy or any applicable statutory warranties under Singapore law.
5.5 Third-Party Network Operation
Your purchase entitles you to claim a physical AirNode device, which is deployed at a Host location and integrated into the World Mobile network, along with its associated digital asset within the World Mobile platform.
World Mobile—and its network, Hosts, and Operators—is solely responsible for the operation, maintenance, security, and performance of the AirNode once deployed. This includes, but is not limited to: hosting and uptime of worldmobile.io, airnode.worldmobile.io, and other websites or platforms operated by World Mobile; dashboard access, functionality, and analytics; reward calculation and distribution; and software updates.
Although we are an official World Mobile AirNode distributor, The Club Store is not a network operator, agent, or co-partner of World Mobile and disclaims all liability for matters related to AirNode setup, connectivity, staking behavior, earnings, or network performance.
We do not warrant or guarantee the performance of World Mobile’s website, mobile app, staking mechanisms, platform access, or hosting infrastructure. For full platform terms, please refer to World Mobile’s official Terms of Service and AirNode Operator Agreement.
In the event The Club Store’s reseller relationship with World Mobile Group Ltd. is discontinued, suspended, or revoked, all orders confirmed prior to the effective termination date will be fulfilled to the extent possible. Customers will be directed to World Mobile for post-sale platform onboarding and technical support.
5.6 Consumer Protection Carve-Out
Nothing in this Section purports to limit or exclude your non-excludable rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or any other mandatory provisions of Singapore law.
5.7 Warranty Coverage for Spark AirNodes
All Spark AirNodes sold by The Club Store include a 10-year limited hardware warranty, effective from the date of distribution.
This warranty is valid only while the World Mobile network remains operational and does not guarantee uptime, staking rewards, or earnings.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel your order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address or phone number you provided at the time the order was made. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You further agree to promptly update your account and other information—such as your email address and payment details—so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We reserve the right to request additional identity or verification documents prior to fulfilling any order, in accordance with our obligations under applicable KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance requirements.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law.
Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the website (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
Disclaimer Regarding Platform Tools:
Any tools or integrations we offer on this site are distinct from the official World Mobile platform, which is operated solely by World Mobile Group Ltd. Claiming, staking, or managing your AirNode after purchase must be done through World Mobile’s platform and is subject to their own tools, terms of service, and performance guarantees.
Certain content, products and Services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.
Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no responsibility for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials, and we expressly disclaim liability for any third-party content or websites, except to the extent such exclusion is prohibited under applicable Singapore law.
You access any linked third-party site at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, any third-party materials, products, Services or resources. Before engaging in any transaction on a third-party site, you should review that site’s terms and policies and seek clarification from the third-party provider for any questions or concerns. Complaints, claims, or inquiries regarding third-party products or Services should be directed to the third-party provider.
World Mobile Platform Links Disclaimer:
Some links on our site may direct you to World Mobile’s official platform or associated ecosystem tools (e.g. airnode.worldmobile.io). These are owned and operated solely by World Mobile Group Ltd. We do not control those sites or their content and are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms governing your use of any services provided there.
If, at our request, you send specific submissions (for example, contest entries) or, without a request from us, you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials (collectively, “comments”), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right under Singapore law. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, nor any computer virus or other malware that could affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or any third party as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third party, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law.
World Mobile Brand and IP Submissions:
If your comments, content, or submissions reference World Mobile, its products, trademarks, or branding, you agree to comply with World Mobile Group Ltd.’s brand usage guidelines. We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish any submissions that we believe violate World Mobile’s intellectual property rights or that misrepresent your relationship to the World Mobile ecosystem. Unauthorized use of World Mobile’s brand elements is strictly prohibited.
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here: https://store.worldmobile.club/policies/privacy-policy. We handle your data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and any other applicable privacy laws.
In certain cases, we may collect and process personal data for the purpose of conducting identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation pricing information, except as required by applicable Singapore law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
Manufacturer-Driven Changes Disclaimer:
We rely on information provided by World Mobile Group Ltd. to display product specifications, staking models, and availability. While we make reasonable efforts to reflect accurate and timely information, we are not responsible for any errors, delays, or discrepancies that arise from subsequent changes made by World Mobile or differences between their platform and the content shown here. Where possible, we will update such information promptly, but we make no guarantee of real-time accuracy.
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that any results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that we may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, without notice, and for any reason.
Your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service—and all products and services delivered to you through it—are provided "as is" and "as available," without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, or non-infringement, except as required under applicable Singapore law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Store, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or replacement costs—arising from your use of the Service or any products procured through the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In the event of a valid claim under The Club AirNode Warranty Policy, our liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or compensation for estimated remaining rewards, whichever option results in the lowest cost to us.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for:

death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or willful misconduct;

fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

any other liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
Nothing in these Terms purports to limit or exclude your non-excludable rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or any other mandatory provisions of Singapore law.
We are not liable for any losses arising from World Mobile’s operation of the network, including missed rewards, staking changes, dashboard or API failures, hosting interruptions, or technical errors.
Nothing in our materials or offerings constitutes financial advice, investment solicitation, or a promise of returns. All earnings are governed solely by World Mobile Group Ltd., and are subject to their terms, network availability, and operational discretion.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of our site, services, or products—including AirNodes—shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
- your breach of these Terms of Service or any other documents incorporated by reference;
- your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or
- your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of a third party.
Nothing in this Section affects your separate contractual relationship with World Mobile Group Ltd., if any. Your access to and use of the World Mobile network or AirNode functionality after claiming your device is governed by World Mobile’s own terms, policies, and support agreements.
