AirNodes Warranty

Welcome to our warranty policies page. Below you'll find warranty details for the AirNodes sold through The Club Store.

1. Spark Warranty (Provided by The Club)

All Spark AirNodes purchased directly from The Club Store include a 10-year limited hardware warranty, effective from the date of distribution.

Coverage and Term

This warranty covers permanent, non-functional failures caused by internal hardware issues. A "permanent, non-functional failure" means the device is unable to power on or perform its intended hardware functions, despite standard troubleshooting, and the issue cannot be resolved through software, configuration, or environmental adjustments.

What’s Covered

If your Spark AirNode becomes permanently non-functional due to an internal hardware defect (not caused by temporary operational or environmental factors), we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Facilitate local repair;

  • Replace the unit; or

  • Offer compensation.

Compensation is based on our internal estimate of the device’s remaining reward potential over the 10-year warranty term, as assessed at the time of claim. This estimate reflects the projected reward value for the remainder of the warranty period and is used solely for the purpose of determining warranty compensation. It does not constitute a guarantee of future earnings, staking performance, or financial return.

We reserve the right to choose the lowest-cost remedy.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty excludes failures or damage resulting from:

  • Temporary operational or environmental factors (e.g. power loss, ISP outages, relocation);

  • External physical damage or tampering;

  • Catastrophic events including, but not limited to: fire, flooding, war, natural disasters;

  • Misuse, negligence, or failure to follow operating guidelines;

  • Any issue arising from or related to World Mobile’s operation of the network.

Additional Notes

  • This warranty is limited to one claim per device. This limitation does not apply if a replacement provided under warranty is defective upon receipt.

  • The warranty is transferable upon resale of the physical device, provided the new owner supplies valid proof of original purchase.

  • The warranty does not guarantee rewards, uptime, or earning potential, nor does it extend the expected performance of the device.

  • This warranty remains valid only while the World Mobile network is operational and actively supports AirNode infrastructure. If World Mobile discontinues support or sunsets the network, this warranty will be considered void.

How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, email help@worldmobile.club with:

  • Your order details;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Relevant logs and dashboard screenshots

Our support team will assess eligibility and coordinate the appropriate next steps.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction outlined in our Terms of Service.
